Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes. We use “Better Life” eco-friendly cleaning products. Healthier, smarter and environmentally friendly. However, if you have a preference for other products that you supply, we can use whatever you choose.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I booked?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one hour window due to traffic and weather. If we are running late for any reason we will contact you to let you know our ETA.

Do you work by the hour?

Pricing depends on the job and frequency of our visit. Please contact us for an estimate.

Do you work by the job?

Yes, we do. Each job is unique. Some of our customers require a one-shot cleaning, others require regular and semi-regular visits. We are flexible as we understand everyone has different needs.

Do you only do house cleaning?

We do a lot more! House cleaning, commercial cleaning, and more! See the “Additional Services” section of our website for more information.

If my regular cleaning falls on a holiday will you be working?

We will reschedule your clean so that our team members can spend time with their families

Do you charge more to work on holidays?

There will be an additional cost if you would like one of our cleaners to come on a holiday in addition to your regularly scheduled.

What hours do you work?

Our cleans work from 9am-5pm. If you require service outside this time frame, we can discuss options.

Do you work weekends?

Yes. If a weekend cleaning is required, we can make arrangements and deploy our team.

Do you do pet sitting on the side?

Yes we do! We offer a variety of additional services.

Is it okay if my pets hang out in the same room as you cleaning?

We love pets! If your pet can remain in one area the entire time, then no problem.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are!

Are you licensed to house clean?

Yes, we are a licensed business.

Do you clean windows?

Yes, we do! For an additional cost, we clean interior sills, frames, and panes.

Do you only clean houses, or do you also clean offices?

We do it all. Homes, offices, businesses - we have you covered.

What happens if you break something while you are at my house?

We are fulling insured and bonded. Any item that is already broken during pre-walk through or broken during cleaning will be photographed and documented by our cleaner and sent to you and our Clean Coordinator. You will receive a call immediately to discuss resolution.

Are you going to tell my neighbors about me, my home, my habits and how messy my house is?

All client interactions are private. Our cleaners are held to the highest code of conduct.

Do you set times to come back so I know when you are coming or is it random?

Every clean is scheduled at the same time every week or month to ensure consistency.

Do you show up on time?

We make every attempt to have our cleaners show up on time. There will be times when highway closures or weather will delay or cleaners. They will immediately contact you if they are running late.

Do you clean the same stuff each time or do you rotate chores through the house?

We follow a precise list of chores that you and the Clean Coordinator have agreed upon to quote your clean. We will alert you during our pre-walkthrough of any areas that might require extra attention so that you may re-prioritize or trade off.

We will never disrupt your work unless we need to vacuum in the other room.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards - Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover. We accept checks and cash as well.

Do you offer a guarantee on your work? Yes, we do. Please see our Satisfaction Guarantee on your estimate and cleaning worksheet. Our business is built on word of mouth, so our success depends on your satisfaction.

What happens if I am not happy with my cleaning?

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are unhappy with our service, please get in touch with us right away and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. We guarantee satisfaction.

When am I charged for the service?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

Do you set up for parties or clean up after parties?

Yes, there will be an additional cost for both pre-party and after party clean ups. This is service is offered to our weekly and bi-weekly customers.

Do you do move in or move out cleans?

Yes, we do move in/out cleans.

How long have you been in business? We are a Residential Cleaning startup. We only use the best and most effective products. We vet and train all our employees to the highest standards. As we grow, we offer special discounts so you can try us out and compare us to the competition.

Is there any special training you have gone through to learn how to house clean?

Yes, all our cleaners go through a thorough training program. We over a satisfaction guarantee so you will never be disappointed.

Are you OSHA trained and certified? Current, we are not.

Have you ever been fired from a house and why?

Clients discontinue service for many reasons. We ask for feedback from every client after every clean so that we may improve our services every day.

Do you detail cars?

We do not, but we can refer you to the best in the area. We have many partners in the service industries and can find someone great to help.

Do you defrost freezers or clean out the fridge?

Yes, we do! For an additional cost, we clean freezers and refrigerators.

What type of cleaning chemicals do you use on hardwood floors?

We use highly effective green clean and/or traditional professional cleaning products made for specific for each type of flooring.

What happens if you get sick?

If any of cleaners are sick, we will find a replacement so that your regular cleaning will continue as scheduled. If we cannot find a replacement we will call to reschedule.

Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have something come up and have to cancel?

We do not charge reschedule fee if we can reschedule within 48 hours of regular cleaning time.

Am I supposed to give you a key so you can get in my house or do you need an alarm code? Or both?

Up to you! We respect your privacy and your concerns and understand that your home is your sanctuary. Let us know what you are comfortable with and we will work with you.

How do you protect my privacy with that key or code?

Your keys/alarm codes are kept in a lock box at the office and are not associated with your address or family name.

Do I need to be home when you come to clean, or can I be at work?

Feel free to do errands, go to work, or visit with friends and relatives. You do not have to be home, just leave us the key/alarm code.

Are you the person that is coming to clean my house?

We will make sure that your favorite cleaner is your cleaner. If your regular cleaner is sick or unavailable for your cleaning, we will send you the name of the new cleaner and contact information.

Is it just you cleaning or are you bringing a team of people with you?

Every cleaning requires at least two cleaners to insure and fast and through service. For larger cleans we will match the number of cleaners.

I work from the house; will it bother you if I’m home the whole time?

Not at all. We request that our cleaners work individually in every room. Feel free to take a break, when its time to clean your office.

Where can I send feedback about my clean or cleaner?

Do you water indoor plants?

Yes, we do! For an additional cost, we can water your plants per your instructions.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

It is entirely up to you. If you are not going to be home, please make sure you let us know how to access your space.

Are cleaning company cleaners screened?

Absolutely. Our cleaning staff is bonded and insured. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house and commercial cleaning to work with us.

Do you charge more money or the same money for a moving clean?

Move cleans are deep cleans that involve more time and different cleaning tools and products. Move cleans are additional to regular maintenance cleans.

Do you do random cleanings, or do you only have weekly and bi-weekly clients?

We do weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleans. Bi-weekly cleans are our most popular option.

Have you ever been fired from a house and why?

Clients discontinue service for many reasons. We ask for feedback from every client after every clean so that we may improve our services every day.

Do you have references?

We work 100% on referrals, we would be happy to forward you some of these referrals.

Do you do laundry? Yes, we do! For an additional cost, we do laundry service in addition to and during our weekly or biweekly services.

Do you do dishes or empty the dishwasher?

Yes, we do! For an additional cost, we do load and unload this dishwasher dishwash in addition to and during our weekly or biweekly service.

Is it okay if my kids are in the same room as you cleaning?

We love kids, but we request that if your family members are home, we ask that we work individually in every room so that we may finish cleaning within the time allotted.

Do you have your own vacuum?

We use homeowner’s vacuum so that no debris or dust from another client’s home get into yours.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we do!

Do you do miscellaneous projects? We would be happy to quote you a project during a walk though.

If I refer my friend, do I get a referral fee or discounted cleaning?

We are a 100% referral business. We offer special discounts for any referrals that book weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service.

Am I supposed to tip you for your service?

Tipping is not necessary and never expected, but always welcome if you think the cleaner went well above and beyond.

Do you clean out the hot tub?

Yes, we do! For an additional cost, we clean hot tubs/Jacuzzis

Are the people you bring with you bonded and insured?

All are employees are bonded/insured.

What is your screening policy for people you hire?

All employees have undergone a thorough background check by Intelius. Your trust is our paramount concern. We would happy to talk to you in person about our vetting and screening process in more detail.

Can I do a background and a drug check on you?

You are free to do any background check from publicly available data. We are happy to provide employee names, emails, and phone numbers. We keep all other employee data secure.

How do you prefer to be contacted?

Text is best for important alerts. Feel free to email us or you cleaner for any special messages that require extra time.

Do you use environmentally free chemicals?

Yes, we do! You can choose your chemical package with the Cleaning Coordinator.

How do you know what type of chemicals to use on different surfaces?

We use highly effective green clean and/or traditional professional cleaning products made for specific for each type of surface. Each employ is thoroughly trained on how to use cleaning product.

Do I pay you under the table or do you pay taxes?

I’d like to take house cleaning as a deductible expense for my home-based business. We pay taxes on all cleans. We only accept credit cards for maximum convenience.

If I forget to leave you a check, do you still do the work and let me pay you later or do you skip the cleaning?

We understand how busy you are every day. If you forget to leave a check for us, we collect it next time. For your convenience, we can keep a copy of your card on file so that our Cleaning Coordinator can charge your account after your clean if you prefer to pay us that way.
